About the Performance Trial Data

The LSU Agricultural Center's Small Grain Breeding and Performance Trial Data webpages are provided to share and store data on wheat and oat trials conducted by LSUAC scientists. These datasets are made available for seedsmen and researchers to access as soon as the data becomes available and for years to come. Please access the available data by clicking on the "Data" button in the yellow navigation bar on the left side of the screen.

Data recorded include but are not limited to:

  • Grain yield
  • Test weight
  • Heading date
  • Plant height
  • Lodging
  • Disease rating
    • Wheat leaf rust (Puccinia triticina)
    • Wheat stripe rust (Puccinia striiformis)
    • Wheat and oat stem rust (Puccinia graminis f.sp. tritici
